We price your project as soon as your inquiry reaches us. You get a dedicated offer with a firm price and no obligation.

Design for your approval
Our designers prepare the file and send it over for you to review. That is the moment for corrections and changes.

Production within 7 business days
Production starts once you approve the design, and that is when the clock starts. We make your order at our own facility in Katowice.

Delivery
We ship the finished order by courier. 98% of deliveries arrive on time.

Questions about quotes and files
How fast will I get a quote?
Sending an inquiry takes 60 seconds and we usually send the quote back within one business day. Give us the size, the quantity and the type of product, and you get a firm price.
What files do you accept for printing?
We accept jpg, pdf, eps, ai and tiff files with LZW compression, at 1:1 scale, in CMYK color space and at 60 DPI or higher. A file can be up to 80 MB, and anything larger you can send through WeTransfer.
I don't have a finished design. What should I send?
A sketch is enough, or a table drawn up in an Excel document, or a photo of the pattern along with the dimensions. Our designers will prepare the artwork to your brief and send it for approval. Production begins only after your final approval.
Can I order material samples?
Yes, you can order sample sets in the product samples section.
