Important: Inspect your parcel upon delivery!
Despite sturdy packaging, damage may occur in transit. You have the right to inspect the condition of the parcel in the courier's presence. If the packaging is visibly damaged, refuse to accept the parcel and ask the courier to draw up a damage report stating the reason for refusal, then let us know - we will send you a new product.
Buying as a consumer? Inspecting the parcel upon delivery is a convenience, not an obligation - if you notice the damage only after unpacking, your right to file a complaint with us remains fully intact.
Purchasing as a business?
If you made the purchase as a business and the parcel is damaged, you must refuse to accept it. Accepting an externally damaged parcel without reservations is grounds for the carrier to reject your claim.
If you accepted a parcel with no external damage but its contents turned out to be damaged, draw up a damage report immediately - no later than within 7 days of delivery - using the DPD damage report or the Ambro damage report. Then file a claim with the courier company and send us a scan of the report - we will help you with the rest of the process.
