Returns - withdrawal from the contract

Bought something that doesn't meet your expectations? You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to return it without giving any reason. Submitting a return takes about 2 minutes.

How the return works - 3 steps

  1. Submit your return online
    Fill in the return form - all you need is your order number and e-mail address. Right after submitting, you will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging your request.
  2. Pack and send back the product
    Ship the parcel within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal (i.e. from submitting the return) to: Wallyboards, ul. Owsiana 62, 40-780 Katowice, Poland. You cover the cost of the return shipment. Make sure the packaging protects the product in transit - it does not have to be the original one.
  3. Receive your refund
    We will refund the full order amount, including the delivery cost (up to the cheapest delivery option we offer), within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the parcel.

Frequently asked questions

Can I return only part of my order?

Yes. In the form, simply select which products you are returning.

Do I have to give a reason for the return?

No. However, if you choose to share one, you will help us improve our products.

I have unpacked the product - can I still return it?

Yes. You may examine the product just as you would in a brick-and-mortar store. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling that goes beyond such an examination.

Which products cannot be returned?

Pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not cover non-prefabricated products made to your specifications or to your individualised order. In our store, this applies in particular to products for which you selected 3 or more attributes (e.g. colour, material), for example:

  • boards, magnets and foils cut to the size specified in your order,
  • products with your own custom print (boards, stickers, magnets, labels),
  • wall murals, stickers and prints printed individually for your order.

Products in standard sizes and catalogue designs can be returned under the general rules. Not sure whether your product can be returned? Write to us - we will reply within one working day.
