Deferred payment for institutions
Local government and public sector institutions can buy every product in our range with a deferred payment date. You order in the store or by email, our staff verify the details, and we issue the deferred payment invoice by hand and send it to KSeF, the Polish national e-invoicing system, once your parcel has reached you.

Local government bodies
We grant a deferred payment date once the details on the order have been verified.
Public sector institutions
Offices, municipalities, schools, nurseries and universities buy with a bank transfer invoice due on the date agreed.
Invoice after delivery
We issue the deferred payment invoice by hand and send it to KSeF, the Polish national e-invoicing system, once your parcel has reached you. The proforma generated automatically when you place the order does not need to be paid.
Delivery at no extra cost
The delivery cost for this payment method is exactly the same as with standard prepayment.
How to use it
Four steps to a deferred payment invoice

Choose a bank transfer
While placing the order in the cart, choose a bank transfer as the payment method.

Add a note to the order
In the Notes field, which appears once you have given your address details, write that the order is for a public sector institution and state the payment term you prefer: 7, 14 or 30 days.

Place the order
Ignore the proforma generated automatically. Our staff will verify the details in the public business register, change the payment method and pass the order to production. We will let you know the lead time by email.

Receive the invoice
We issue the deferred payment invoice by hand and send it to KSeF once your parcel has reached you.
