Right to Withdraw from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We have created a short guide to help you complete the process quickly and efficiently!
Non-prefabricated products
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to personalized products where 3 or more specific features were selected (e.g., custom color, material, size). This applies mainly to wallpapers, stickers, paintings, and boards made specifically to your order.
Color differences
Slight differences in colors between the physical product and the image on your monitor are not a technical defect and cannot constitute grounds for a complaint. Metallic effects such as gold, silver, or glitter are imitations achieved through CMYK printing.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
- Inform us within 14 days
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
- Fill out and send the declaration
You may use the official statutory template or the withdrawal form prepared by us. Send the completed declaration to us via email or traditional post.

- Return the product
Send the returned product back to: Wally Boards, ul. Owsiana 62, 40-780 Katowice, Poland, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund of payments
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will carry out the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
