How to place an order for a custom-printed product?
The ordering process depends on whether you have a ready-made professional design or just a rough draft.
- Do you have your own design? Upload a file that meets our technical specifications when placing your order. The file size must not exceed 80 MB. If it is larger, send it via WeTransfer.
- Need a design? If you only have a sketch, a table drawn in an Excel document, or a photo of the pattern, contact us. Send us details about the product you want to create, its size, and the planned graphics. Our designers will prepare a project according to your guidelines. Graphic design process
Once you place an order and complete the payment, we start working on the graphic design.
- Simple designs that require minimal adjustments will be sent within 1-3 business days.
- More complex designs may take 4-6 business days.
You will receive an email with the design for review. If you notice any discrepancies, let us know what needs to be corrected. We will make the necessary adjustments and send you an updated version for approval. Production will begin only after your final approval.
Technical specifications for graphic files
- Graphics should not be artificially enlarged.
- Scale 1:1.
- We accept jpg, pdf, eps, ai, and tiff (with LZW compression) files.
- Images must have a resolution of at least 60 DPI.
- CMYK color mode.
Graphic design
A print-ready graphic file is required to produce the board. Send your design to info@wallyboards.com, and we will review it and prepare a preview file. We accept JPG, TIFF, and all vector formats.
If you do not have a graphic file, we are happy to provide a quote and create a custom design for you. Please contact us via email for more details.

Your order will be produced within 3 to 6 business days and then shipped.
