How do I order a printed product?
How we handle your order depends on whether you already have a finished professional design or only a working sketch.
- Do you have your own design? Send us a file that meets the technical specification while you place the order. The file can be up to 80 MB. If it is larger, send it through WeTransfer.
- Do you need a design? If all you have is a sketch, a table drawn up in an Excel document or a photo of the pattern, get in touch with us. Send us details of the product you want made, its size and the artwork you have in mind. Our designers will prepare the design in line with your guidelines. Stages of the design work
Once you have placed the order and paid, we start work on the artwork.
- Simple designs that take little work are sent within 1 to 3 business days.
- More complex designs can take 4 to 6 business days.
You will get a message with the design to check. If you spot anything that is not right, tell us what to correct, and we will take it into account and send a new version for approval. Production starts only after your final approval.
Technical specification for artwork files
- Artwork should not be enlarged artificially.
- Scale 1:1.
- We accept jpg, pdf, eps, ai and tiff files with lzw compression.
- Photos must not be lower than 60 DPI.
- CMYK color space.
Delivery time
Your order will be produced within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been credited, followed by its shipment.
