Check the parcel when it arrives

Even with solid packaging, damage can happen in transit. When the parcel arrives, check whether the packaging is visibly torn, dented or punctured. If you notice anything wrong, ask the courier to write a damage report and take photos. When the state of the parcel gives serious cause for concern, it is best to refuse it and let us know. A replacement product will then reach you far sooner.

Buying as a consumer? Checking the parcel on delivery makes things easier, but it is not an obligation. If you only notice the damage after unpacking, your right to make a complaint with us stays fully intact.

Buying as a business?

If you bought as a business and the parcel is damaged, you must refuse to accept it. Accepting a parcel that is visibly damaged on the outside, with no reservations noted, is grounds for the carrier to reject a claim.

If you accepted a parcel with no external damage and it turned out that the contents were damaged, then without delay, and no later than 7 days from delivery, draw up a DPD damage report or an Ambro damage report. Then file a claim with the courier company and send us a scan of the report. We will help with the rest of the process.
