You can make a payment using one of the payment gateways or by traditional bank transfer. For standard products, you can choose cash on delivery. For regular customers and governmental and educational organizations, we offer deferred payment.

Cash on delivery

Delivery Methods

Once the order is paid, it is directed to the production team, and we set a specific date when the order will be produced and prepared for shipment. In the case of more than 95% of orders, shipments are sent within the declared time frame. We are constantly striving to shorten production time and increase punctuality.

Inpost Locker (in Poland)

Delivery time: production time + shipping 1-2 business days

Applies to products whose dimensions do not exceed 19 x 38 x 64 cm (size B).

DPD Courier

Delivery time: production time + shipping 1-2 business days

Shipments are sent via DPD courier service, to the address you provide.

Courier delivery is available for all products in the store,
Some products, due to their dimensions, require oversized courier delivery,
Packages are delivered from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, without the possibility to specify delivery time,
Many couriers call before delivery, but they are not obliged to do so, and such a service cannot be purchased,
On the day of delivery, you will receive an email with the courier's direct phone number,
Remember to check the package and its contents with the courier. In case of any damage, refuse to accept it. If you have purchased products "for the company", immediately (within 1 hour) make a damage report.

Cash on delivery

You can pay for the order on delivery, paying the courier upon receipt of the package,
The cash on delivery option is subject to an additional fee.

Products are packed into cardboard tubes or boxes. Extremely durable, they protect during transport, ensuring resistance to mechanical damage and moisture. If the delivered product did not have them or they indicated opening of the shipment by third parties, please make a report with the courier.

Custom international shippment

Delivery time: production time + shipping 1-4 business days

Applies to products that cannot be rolled into a cardboard tube, and their total dimensions exceed standard international package size. The oversized courier is not required to bring the package inside. It is not possible to purchase carrying service.

Additional Information

We trust the courier company, but accidents happen. Despite solid packaging, an unforeseen situation may occur during transport, and sometimes - damage to the interior of the package. Therefore, it is important to check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier! Every courier is obliged to wait until you check the contents of the shipment and its condition. If you find any damage, refuse to accept the package.
