Custom-sized magnet

Our dry-erase magnets are available in various sizes to meet diverse expectations. If you need a non-standard size, simply choose a slightly larger size, allowing us to adjust the magnet to your specific requirements by cutting it to size. To order a custom size, please provide the desired dimensions in the order notes. This magnet will be specially made for you, without generating additional costs compared to the chosen larger format.

Which markers to use?

We recommend using only dry-erase markers from reputable manufacturers. Permanent or semi-permanent markers are not suitable for use on our dry-erase magnets.

Graphic design

Attach your design to the order or let us create it for you. To prepare a quote, we need a description of what should be included in the design. If possible, please also send a sketch, photo, or an Excel list, which will help us better understand your needs. Send everything to info@wallyboards.com, and you will receive a quote within two business days.

Stages of graphic design preparation

After placing and paying for the order, we start creating the graphic designs. The graphic design will be sent to you by email within 1-3 days for simple designs, and for more complex designs requiring more work, the turnaround time may be 4-6 days.

Production of the magnet will begin only after we receive your full approval of the graphic design. In the email with the design, we will ask you to carefully verify if the design meets your expectations. If not, please indicate what needs to be changed. The changes will be made, and the design will be sent again for your approval. Only after final approval will we start the production of your order. You can be sure that no work will be done without your knowledge and consent.

How we handle your order depends on whether you already have a finished professional design or only a working sketch.

1. Do you have your own design? Send us a file that meets the technical specification while you place the order. The file can be up to 80 MB. If it is larger, send it through WeTransfer.
2. Do you need a design? If all you have is a sketch, a table drawn up in an Excel document or a photo of the pattern, get in touch with us. Send us details of the product you want made, its size and the artwork you have in mind. Our designers will prepare the design in line with your guidelines. Once you have placed the order and paid, we start work on the artwork.

• Simple designs that take little work are sent within 1 to 3 business days.
• More complex designs can take 4 to 6 business days.

You will get a message with the design to check. If you spot anything that is not right, tell us what to correct, and we will take it into account and send a new version for approval. Production starts only after your final approval.

• Artwork should not be enlarged artificially.
• Scale 1:1.
• We accept jpg, pdf, eps, ai and tiff files with lzw compression.
• Photos must not be lower than 60 DPI.
• CMYK color space.

Production of magnets takes 3 to 8 business days. The production time is counted from the moment funds are credited and the properly prepared graphic design is submitted. If the design is prepared by our graphic designer, the production time will be counted from the approval of the design.
