Custom magnets with your own print
Made to individual order
Magnets with your own print
We print custom magnets from your artwork: promotional ones with a logo and contact details, markings for warehouse racking and cabinets, parts of planners and magnetic boards, souvenir magnets for the fridge. We cut around the outline, so the shape is entirely up to you. We make both single pieces and runs of several thousand.

How much do magnets with your own print cost?
Prices include VAT and are for orders of single pieces, based on orders completed in our production. In this category the price is decided above all by quantity rather than size: on a run, the cost of preparing the file and the cutting die is spread across every piece, so the unit price drops many times over.

How much does a magnet with your own print cost?
A single magnet starts at PLN 10 including VAT, and an A4 format magnet at PLN 24. Those are prices for one piece. In this category quantity matters most: on a run, the preparation cost is spread across every copy and the unit price drops many times over. Give us the number of pieces and we will work it out exactly.
Where can I order magnets in any shape?
At a manufacturer that cuts around the outline on site. We cut magnets in the shape of a logo, the silhouette of a product, a building or any drawing at all, not only rectangles and circles. All you need to do is send the file, ideally a vector one, so that the contour comes out clean.
How does a fridge magnet differ from a magnetic label?
In material, not at all, because we make every magnet from a single magnetic film 0.7 mm thick. They differ only in shape, size and print. That thickness holds well both on a vertical fridge door and on warehouse racking, while still letting you move the magnet around freely.
Will a magnet hold on any surface?
Only on steel surfaces. Fridge doors, warehouse racking and magnetic boards hold well, whereas aluminium, austenitic stainless steel and surfaces with a thick coat of lacquer may not be enough. If the surface is not magnetic, we can also make a steel film base.
Will the print on the magnet wear off?
We protect the print with a laminate that guards against scratching, damp and fading. That way the magnet stands up to being moved and wiped every day. In the dry wipe version you can also write on it with a marker and wipe the writing off without touching the print underneath.
Do you make single pieces?
Yes, we take orders from a single piece, with no minimum order value. We will just as happily take a promotional run of several thousand copies or a set of warehouse labels in which every magnet carries different content.
Projects we have made for our customers
The magnets below were made to individual orders. Treat them as inspiration and as proof of what is possible: we will quote and make your design in exactly the same way.
What are custom magnets?
They are magnets printed from your artwork and cut around the outline, in any shape and size. They work in three roles: as an advertising carrier with a logo and contact details, as part of organising work on boards and racking, and as a souvenir product. We make both single pieces and runs counted in thousands.
Variants
- Magnetic film 0.7 mm: one thickness for every use, from labels on racking and parts of planners to magnets for the fridge and cabinet doors. It is the optimum compromise between price and quality, and the material holds well to any steel surface.
- Dry wipe version: you can write on the print with a marker and wipe the writing off without touching the artwork underneath.
- Steel film base: if the target surface is not magnetic, we will prepare a strip or a board for the magnets to hold to.
What a magnet will stick to
A magnet only works on steel surfaces. Fridge doors, warehouse racking, metal cabinets and magnetic boards hold well. It will not work on aluminium, copper, brass or on most stainless steels used in domestic appliances, because they are not ferromagnetic. A thick layer of lacquer can also be a problem, because it increases the distance to the metal and weakens the pull. If you are not sure, hold an ordinary magnet against the surface before ordering.
What decides the price?
Quantity has the biggest effect, not size. On a single piece you pay for the full preparation of the file and the cutting path, while on a run that cost is spread across every copy, so the unit price drops many times over. After that, the size and the shape count: a rectangle and a circle are the cheapest, while an unusual outline needs extra work.
Where do our magnets work well?
Service companies order them as a carrier for a phone number that the customer leaves on the fridge, warehouses as labels describing the contents of racking, offices as parts of planners and task boards, and schools as teaching aids. Souvenir magnets for tourist attractions and hospitality form a group of their own.
