How much does a custom dry wipe board cost?

Prices include VAT and are per piece, worked out from 47 orders completed in our production. The tiles are drawn to real proportions, so you can see the scale at a glance. The price depends not only on the area, but also on the construction: the self adhesive version is cheaper than the one rigid on a PVC backing, and that in turn is cheaper than a board in an aluminium frame.

  • Full colour print
  • A wipeable surface with no smears
  • Magnetic variant
  • Orders from a single piece

An unusual size, shape or construction will be quoted individually. Artwork, if you need it, is usually PLN 40 to 100 depending on complexity. On a larger run the unit price comes down.

Common questions about custom dry wipe boards

How much does a printed dry wipe board cost?

A board in A4 format starts at PLN 31, the 70 x 50 cm size at PLN 115, and 100 x 70 cm at PLN 174. Large wall boards of 180 x 120 cm start at PLN 736. Prices include VAT, are per piece and include the print. The final amount depends on the construction and the finish.

How does a self adhesive board differ from one in a frame?

The self adhesive version is a thin layer stuck straight onto a smooth wall or door, the cheapest and lightest. The version made rigid with a 5 mm PVC backing keeps its stiffness and can be moved elsewhere. A board in an aluminium frame is the most durable and has a finished edge, which is why it costs the most at the same size.

Is a printed board still magnetic?

Yes, if you choose the magnetic variant. The print sits under the wipeable surface, so it neither gets in the way of magnets nor wipes off along with your writing. You can write on the printed layout and pin magnets to it at the same time.

Will the print wipe off along with the pen?

No. The artwork is protected by the wipeable coating that you write on and wipe clean. The print stays untouched, which is why we design the fixed parts of a layout, such as a weekly grid, column headings or a logo, precisely as print.

Do you make single pieces?

Yes, we take orders from a single piece, with no minimum order value. We will just as happily take a set of boards for a whole company, where each one has a different layout and size.

How do I prepare artwork for print?

It is best to send a vector file or high resolution artwork. A sketch or a description of the layout is enough too: in that case, once the order is paid, our designer will prepare a design and send it to you for approval. See also how to prepare artwork.

Projects we have made for our customers

The boards below were made to individual orders. Treat them as inspiration and as proof of what is possible: we will quote and make your design in exactly the same way.

What is a custom dry wipe board?

It is a board where the fixed parts of the layout are printed under the wipeable coating, and all you write on it is what changes. The weekly grid, the column headings, the outline of a hall, a logo or the fields of a form stay in place, so there is no need to draw them again after every wipe. We match the size, the shape and the construction to where it will be fitted.

Construction variants, from the cheapest to the most durable

  • Self adhesive: a thin layer stuck straight onto a smooth wall, door or cabinet. The lightest and cheapest, good where the board is to stay put for good.
  • Rigid, on a 5 mm PVC backing: a rigid panel that can be moved somewhere else. The most frequently chosen variant for offices and meeting rooms.
  • In an aluminium frame: a finished edge, the greatest rigidity and resistance to damage. The most expensive at the same size, but it looks new for the longest.
  • Magnetic: an extra steel layer under the surface. You write on the print and pin magnets to it at the same time.

What do we print most often?

Weekly, monthly and yearly planners, shift and holiday charts, shadow boards and workstation layouts for production halls, audit forms and checklists, maps and site plans, and in schools the multiplication table, spelling rules and writing lines. The print can be full colour and can include a logo in company colours.

Durability and use

The surface wipes dry, with no smears or shadows left by writing, even after text has been left on it for a while. The print sits under the wipeable coating, so it does not wear away with the pen and does not fade from daily cleaning. A dry cloth is enough for everyday use, and a dry wipe board cleaner for heavier soiling.

Where do our boards work well?

They are ordered by offices and meeting rooms, production departments and warehouses, schools and training centres, clinics and receptions, and hospitality. A single order can cover a whole facility, where every board carries a different print and all of them keep a common format and finish.
