Production to your own design
We make signage, boards and prints to individual order, in sizes and shapes you will not find in any catalogue. Send us a finished file or just a description, and we will prepare a dedicated offer. We handle both single pieces and wholesale orders.
How does an order work?
- Send your artwork or a description
We will take a finished file, a vector logo, a photo, a sketch or just a description of what is to be made. - Get a quote
We answer on working days from 8:30 to 16:30, usually within one working day. The quote itself is free and commits you to nothing. - A design to approve
Once the order is paid, our designer will prepare a design and send it to you for approval. We make changes with no limit, until it is right. - Production within 7 days
The lead time is counted from the approval of the design. We send the finished order by courier within 24 to 48 hours of production ending.

Describe your projectWhat do we make to order most often?
This section is the way into production beyond the catalogue. Since 2009 we have been making orders from a single piece in our plant in Katowice: to a file you send us or to a plain description with dimensions. Below are the product families that go through our machines most often, with links to quotes.
Custom dry wipe and magnetic boards
Any size, shape and print, full artwork on the writing surface included. The self adhesive version holds to a smooth wall, a door or a piece of furniture, while a rigid PVC panel hangs like a classic board.
Custom chalkboards
A black surface for chalk and chalk markers, on a PVC or Dibond backing, in rectangles and in shapes cut around the outline. A frequent choice for hospitality and for interiors where the board is also meant to decorate.
Custom information boards and plates
Sets of plates in a consistent layout: room numbering, building signage, a complete set for a whole facility. Every order goes into the archive, so a plate added years later matches the rest of the set in colour.
Custom magnets
Any shape cut around the outline on Summa plotters, with print that stands up to abrasion. We make both single pieces and production runs.
Custom painting stencils
Reusable stencils made of flexible plastic, cut from your own design or logo. Sizes from A4 up to designs over two metres.
Stickers and labels with your own print
Cut around the outline, in any quantity, with a laminate where the sticker has to work for years or outdoors.
Made to measure wall murals
Printed to the size of a specific wall, with the design matched across the drops. Our wallpaper material holds a PZH hygiene certificate and fire class B-s1 d0.
Custom posters
From a single print made from a photo to a series of posters for company interiors, in formats to fit your frames.
How does an order work?
Send us a production file or a plain description with dimensions through the quote form or to info@wallyboards.eu. We usually send the quote back within one working day. Once the order is paid we prepare a design and send it to you for approval, we make changes with no limit, and once you have approved it we start production, which takes up to 7 days. The design stays in our archive, so a reprint even years later looks like the first batch.

Can I order a dry wipe board in a non standard size?
Yes, the Wally shop lets you order custom dry wipe boards in non standard sizes. Give us the dimensions in a message or send a drawing, and we will quote exactly the size you need. We take orders from a single piece.
What can I put on personalised magnets and stickers?
On personalised magnets and stickers you can put any artwork, a company logo, advertising slogans or contact details. Thanks to high quality printing, every detail is reproduced precisely.
When will I see the design of my product?
We prepare the design once the individual order is paid, not at the quoting stage. We send the finished file for approval, and we make changes with no limit and at no extra charge. The order only goes into production once you have approved it.
What is the lead time on an individual order?
We send quotes back on working days from 8:30 to 16:30, usually within one working day. Once approved, production takes up to 7 days, and we hand the parcel to a courier within 24 to 48 hours. For urgent jobs, ask about express production.
Can made to order products be returned or exchanged?
Products made to order, because of their individual nature, are not covered by the standard returns policy. However, if production defects or errors against the order are found, Wally offers support in resolving the problem. Please contact our customer service in such cases.
