We make signage in any shape and size: door plates, health and safety plates, address plates with a house number, construction site boards and complete signage for facilities inside and out. We print on 5 mm foamed PVC with a matt laminate that protects against UV and damp, and the matt finish does not reflect light. Ordering a single plate is just as easy as ordering a set for a whole building.

How much does a custom information plate cost?

An unusual size, shape or material will be quoted individually. Artwork, if you need it, is usually PLN 40 to 100 depending on complexity. On a larger run the unit price comes down.

How much does it cost to make an information board?
A single information plate in 5 mm PVC costs from PLN 18 in A5 format and from PLN 26 in A4. A3 format starts at PLN 43, and a 70 x 50 cm board at PLN 58. Prices include VAT, are per piece and include the print and the laminate. On a larger run the unit price comes down.
Is an information board compulsory on a construction site?
Yes, in Poland. The site manager is obliged to put up, in a visible place on the construction or demolition site, an information board and a notice with details on occupational safety and health protection. The obligation does not apply to linear structures or to structures serving national defence and state security.
What size is a construction site information board?
Polish regulations specify a 90 x 70 cm rectangle. The lettering has to be legible and durable, on a rigid yellow panel, in black letters and digits at least 4 cm high. The board is placed facing the public road or the access to it, at a height that allows it to be read.
What are the information boards made of?
As standard we print on foamed PVC 5 mm thick, covered with a matt laminating film. The laminate protects the print against UV radiation, damp and scratching, and the matt finish does not reflect light, so the content stays legible in sunshine. For more durable outdoor use we use 3 mm dibond.
How do I order a plate to my own design?
Send a finished design, a vector logo, a photo, a sketch or just a description of the content. We send quotes back on working days between 8:30 and 16:30, usually within one working day. Once approved, production takes up to 7 days, and we hand the parcel to a courier within 24 to 48 hours.
Do you make single pieces?
Yes, we take orders from a single piece, with no minimum order value. We will just as happily take a full set of signage for a whole building, in which every plate has different content and a different size.

What are information boards and plates?
They are pieces of visual communication that bring order to a space and deliver a specific piece of information exactly where it is needed. They direct movement through a building, mark rooms and zones, warn of hazards and show an address. Well designed signage cuts the time it takes people to find their way and takes repetitive questions off your staff.
Types of signage we make
- Information boards: site plans, sets of rules, timetables and price lists, for indoors and outdoors.
- Door plates: numbers and names of rooms, consulting rooms, meeting rooms and offices.
- Health and safety plates: markings for zones, escape routes and procedures in emergencies.
- Address plates with a house number: for a facade, a fence or a gate, as a decorative element too.
- Parking plates: reserved bays, registration numbers, no parking signs.
- Construction site boards: the yellow construction information board in the required 90 x 70 cm format, with black lettering at least 4 cm high.
Materials and finishes
The standard is 5 mm foamed PVC covered with a matt laminating film. PVC combines strength with low weight, copes well with the weather and can be cut into any shape. The laminate protects the print against UV radiation, damp and scratching, and the matt surface does not reflect light, so the content stays legible even in full sun. For more durable outdoor use we use 3 mm dibond, an aluminium composite stiffer than PVC.
We match the finish to where it will be fitted: drilled mounting holes, rounded corners, double sided tape, cable ties for mesh fencing or spacers for wall mounting.
Where do our plates work well?
