You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in our Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason for standard products. We care about the rights of our customers, therefore we have created a short instruction on how to do it quickly and efficiently!

Custom-made products (non-prefabricated)

A large part of the products available in our offer allows for the free composition of their features by choosing parameters from dropdown lists. For each feature, you have several options to choose from, e.g., color, surface type, or material. Such products are made after placing an order, and the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to them. If you choose 3 or more independent features in a product, it will then be treated as a non-prefabricated good, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications. This mainly applies to photo wallpapers, stickers, paintings, and boards.

All products made to individual order have an appropriate description.

Color differences

We make every effort to faithfully reproduce the colors of the ordered product, however, slight differences between the photograph and the actual product may occur, caused by individual monitor settings. Remember that such differences are not technical defects, so they cannot be the basis for a product complaint!

Pay attention! Colors imitating gold, silver, copper, or glitter are not printed with metallic or glitter inks. The imitation effect of these colors is achieved through CMYK printing. Have doubts about choosing a color? Order a sample from the selected photo!

How to use the right to withdraw from the contract?

Use the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires 14 days from the day on which you acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the goods.
Fill out the withdrawal form. You will find it in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act. We care about your time and convenience, so you can use our template of the withdrawal form - document in pdf format. It is not mandatory, however. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send the information concerning the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return the product to the address: Wallyboards, Owsiana 62, 40-780 Katowice, Poland without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract. Remember, you bear the direct costs of returning the order. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The provisions concerning the consumer included in this communication apply from January 1, 2021, and for contracts concluded from this date also to the buyer being a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when it follows from the content of this contract that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity made available based on the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

Refund of product costs and shipping

In case of withdrawal from the contract, you will receive a refund of all payments made, including the cost of delivery of the order (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). The refund will be made promptly, and in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision.

The refund will be made using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
